Flatulent Yoga

I have spent most of this year developing my own, unique, form of yoga, one in which it's OK to fart. Let's be honest, how many times have we all attended class, to practice, only to find oneself faced with flatus; as one's peers over-exert and attempt to achieve and sustain an unrealistic pose?

You see, because flatulence is not supposed to happen in regular yoga classes, it generates embarrassment. This is not the case with Flatulent Yoga.

In Flatulent Yoga we have devised poses which are bowel-friendly and encourage mere gentle puffs of poppet throughout the class, as opposed to sudden, unexpected, tense and bottled-up raspings. Here is an evolving list of the poses and sequences you can enjoy practicing in Flatulent Yoga:
