- PC Spooner: "It took a while, sir, seeing as Fred's dead; Rose wasn't at all happy about it but eventually I have an exhumation order and she's coming round to Division's way of thinking."
- Chief: "What are you talking about man?"
- PC Spooner: "The initiative sir. To support the introduction of psychopaths into the community."
