This is a regular combination door lock, a mechanical security device seen on many-a TV show, especially crime drama. Yet when appearing on TV, the sound of the mechanics get over-dubbed with digital bleeps as if to suggest the device is digital.
Also, you'll note the handle that's on the inside of the combination lock. Check how often an actor is asked to simulate entering the PIN - even though the handle's turned, the latch is on and the door could've been pushed open.
